1.The Petitioners' representation dated 30th October, 2015 at Annexure-6 will be examined by the Collector, Jajpur (Opposite Party No.2) and after issuing notice to the Petitioner as well as the Opposite Party Nos.4 & 5 and after giving them a hearing, a reasoned order shall be passed thereon not later than 14th November, 2022. The said order shall be communicated to the parties not later than 21st November, 2022. It is clarified that this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the case. For the above purpose, the Petitioner will appear before the Collector on 12th September, 2022 at 11 am along with a downloaded copy of this order as well as the copy of the writ petition.

2. The writ petition is disposed of in the above terms.
