Considering the further development involving the Mutation Case involved herein and as in the meantime there is already a recommendation for final R.O.R, Mr. Samantaray, learned counsel for the Petitioner prays for withdrawal of the writ petition with liberty to move an application under Section 15(b) of the OSS Act, 1958 to the competent authority.

The writ petition is, accordingly, disposed of as withdrawn but with liberty as prayed for.
