None appears on behalf of the Petitioner at the time of call. 2.
This writ petition has been filed seeking a direction for acceptance and registration of the application under Annexure-1 for demarcation of the case plot under Annexure-2. 3.
Mr. Panda, learned State Counsel alleges that there is no service of copy of the writ petition on him as yet. 4.
Be that as it may, on perusal of the record this Court finds, the application of the Petitioner for demarcation of the land involved is already registered as Demarcation Misc. Case No.646/2021. In the process, this Court in disposal of the writ petition directs the competent authority to find-out; if such proceeding is still pending and in the event such proceeding is still pending, necessary steps shall be undertaken to conclude such proceeding within a period of
// 2 // two months from the date of communication of an authenticated copy of this order by the Petitioner, but however, involving the parties likely to be affected.

Petitioner is also directed to serve an extra copy of the brief on Mr. Panda, learned Addl. Govt. Adv., who shall communicate this order to the competent authority for working-out the same. (Biswanath Rath) Judge Ayaskanta Jena
