The petitioner has filed this writ petition assailing the order dated 12.03.2015 passed by the State Administrative Tribunal, Bhubaneswar in O.A. No.2754 of 2014 vide Annexure-7, by which the tribunal did not feel incline to entertain the relief as was prayed for by the petitioner and directed the State-opposite parties may fill up the newly created posts of ACLMs on the basis of promotion guidelines and also held that there is nothing irregular or illegal in adopting the promotion guidelines for filling up vacant posts of ACLMs.

Mr. B.P. Tripathy, learned Addl. Govt. Advocate

for the State contended that in compliance of the order passed by the tribunal, the promotion has already been effected.

Since none is there to prosecute the matter, the writ petition stands dismissed for non-prosecution. Alok /Sukanta ...........................
