Heard Mr. J.K. Mishra, learned counsel for the petitioner. 3.

This writ petition is of the year 2011 and the contract is of the year 2005-06. On perusal of the agreement, it appears that there is arbitration clause in the agreement itself. Therefore, the petitioner is permitted to pursue his remedy before the appropriate forum, in view of arbitration clause of the agreement. 4.

In view of the above, the writ petition is disposed of granting liberty as aforesaid.

Interim order dated 20.09.2011 passed by this Court in M.C. No.14001 of 2011 stands vacated.

Issue urgent certified copy as per rules.
