Heard learned counsel appearing for the parties. 2.

Through the writ petition it is alleged that even though a permission case is already registered under the provision of the Regulation-2 of 1956 vide Misc. Case No.29 of 2012, the same is yet to be disposed of. Considering the innocuous prayer, this Court in disposal of the writ petition directs the opposite party no.3 to find if any such proceeding is still pending to undertake the exercise of completion of such proceeding and complete such proceeding at least within a period of two months from the date of production of certified copy of this order by the petitioner but however involving the party likely to be affected and also inquiry, if any.
