Perused the letter dated 27.10.2022 of the learned Judge, Family Court, Puri addressed to the Deputy Registrar (Judicial), High Court of Orissa wherein he has stated that C.P.No.39 of 2022 could not be disposed of within time fixed by this Court due to nonattendance of the parties on the date fixed, non co-operation of their respective lawyers and time consumed for disposal of interim petitions. He has prayed for further four months time, i.e., by end of February 2023 for completing the trial.

Considering the above, time is granted till end of February, 2023 for completing the trial in the Civil Proceeding. 3.

Copy of this order be communicated by the Registry to the learned Judge, Family Court Puri.
