It is submitted that the Criminal Revision has become infructuous by efflux of time. However, the petitioner has some grievance against the opposite parties.

Since the revision itself has become infructuous, no direction can be issued in this regard. It is however, open to the petitioner to approach the concerned authorities to seek redressal of his grievance.
