ORDER

05.12.2022 Order No.

05.

1.

None appears for the Petitioner, when the matter is called. 2.

On 10.09.2012 none appeared for the Petitioner. On 16.11.2022, there was a prayer made by the learned counsel for the Petitioner to list this matter under the heading "fresh admission" and accordingly, this matter is listed today and it was stated in the said order that if there was no appearance on behalf of the Petitioner on the date fixed, the matter shall be disposed of on the basis of pleadings on record.

3.

The Petitioner herein has assailed the selection for the post of Inspection and Certification of Boilers.

4.

A counter affidavit has been filed by the Opposite Parties 1 and 2, inter alia, asserting that though the Petitioner was having more than five years experience, but he was not having the mandatory two years experience in O&M of boilers and therefore he was not eligible to be called for the viva-voce test.
