Heard learned counsel for the Parties.

Petitioner has statutory remedy of appeal. Grounds whatever taken herein could be agitated in Appellate forum and also be adjudicated by the Appellate Court. At this stage, learned counsel for the Petitioner prays for withdrawal of this writ petition with liberty to the Petitioner to file appeal. In the event Appeal is filed within two weeks along with an application for condonation of delay and an application for interim protection, the delay shall be condoned and Appeal shall be heard on its own merit.

In the event the Petitioner is in possession of the property involved herein, status quo in respect of such property as on date will be maintained by all concerned for a period of six weeks within which time the interim application at the instance of the Petitioner in the appeal shall be considered and disposed of.
