This appeal has been filed from jail by the convict. He had filed another appeal from the same Judgment dated 25.03.2022 delivered in ST Case No.235 of 2016 by the learned Sessions Judge, Kendrapara, being, Criminal Appeal No.363 of 2022. 4.

In view of this, this appeal, which has been filed from the jail stands discarded and the challenge against the said Judgment will be examined in Criminal Appeal No.363 of 2022. Accordingly, this appeal be shown as disposed of.
