Against the order of deployment and transfer dated 14.01.2011 passed by the Orissa Administrative Tribunal, Cuttack Bench, Cuttack in O.A. No. 133 (C) of 2011, the petitioner has approached this Court by filing present writ petition.

Mr. A.K. Mishra, learned Additional Government Advocate contended that by efflux of time, the writ petition has become infructuous.

In view of the above submission, the writ petition stands disposed of as infructuous.
