Heard Mr.S.S.Chaini, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.D.Nayak, learned Addl. Government Advocate. 2.

Since on instruction Mr.Nayak, learned Addl. Government Advocate submits that in the meantime the victim has been rescued and she has gone with her mother on 20th July, 2022 after recording of statement under Section 164 Cr.P.C. before the learned J.M.F.C., Bhadrak, Mr.Chaini, learned counsel for the petitioner does not want to proceed further in the matter. 3.

Accordingly, the CRLMP is dismissed as not pressed. 4.

Urgent certified copy of the order be granted on proper application.
