Since Petitioner seeks for quashing of the letter of recession of contact and imposition of penalty under Annexure-2, this Court is not inclined to entertain the Writ Petition at this stage. However, if any cause of action still survives, the Petitioner is at liberty to pursue his remedy before the appropriate authority in terms of the DTCN/Agreement, which is applicable to him.

With the aforesaid liberty, the Writ Petition stands disposed of.
