This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

Learned counsel for the petitioner does not want to press this bail application.

Taking into account the petitioner is in custody since 26.11.2021 and seven witnesses have already been examined, learned Court in seisin over the matter shall conclude the trial within the period of two months from the date of receipt/production of the certified copy of this order.
5.
It shall be open to the petitioner to renew his prayer if trial is not concluded within the time fixed.
6.
Accordingly, the BLAPL stands disposed of.
