Heard Mr. M. Agarwal, learned Counsel for the Petitioners and Mr. T. Patnaik, learned Additional Standing Counsel for the State. 3.

The Petitioners have filed this Writ Petition seeking direction to the Tahasildar, Bonai-Opposite Party no.3 to refund the sum of Rs.10,00,000/- in compliance of the Order dated 07.08.2009 passed in W.P.(C) No. 11608 of 2008 to the Petitioners along with interest @ 18% per annum.

In course of hearing, learned Counsel for the Petitioners states that the Petitioners have already made a representation before the Opposite Party No.3-Tahasildar, Bonai on 08.01.2016 under Annexure-9, and the same may be directed to be disposed of within a stipulated time, to which, learned Counsel for the State has no objection.

As agreed to by learned Counsel for the parties, this Court,

without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, disposes of this Writ Petition directing Opposite Party No.3 to consider the representation filed by the Petitioner vide Annexure-9 and pass appropriate order in accordance with law within a period of three months from the date of production of certified copy this order. 6.

Issue urgent certified copy as per rules.
