Petitioner, in this writ petition seeks to assail the order dated 6th August, 2016 (Annexure-3) passed in Execution Case No.12 of 2005 and order dated 26th March, 2011 (Annexure-6) passed in Execution Case No.42 of 2007 by learned Civil Judge (Senior Division), Sambalpur.

Mr. Dutta, learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that the matter has been settled amicably and the suit out of which the execution proceedings arises, has already been disposed of. Hence, the Petitioner does not want to press this writ petition. He files a memo to that effect, which is taken on record.

In view of the memo filed, the writ petition is disposed of as withdrawn.
