The grievance of the Petitioners in this writ petition is with regard to quash the order passed by the Odisha Power Transmission Corporation Ltd., which was communicated to the Petitioners on 1st October, 2021 under Annexure-3. 4.

On perusal of the order sheet, it appears that since 7th July, 2022, the matter is being adjourned at the instance of the Petitioners. Today, none appears on behalf of the Petitioners to pursue the matter. Hence, it appears that the Petitioners have lost interest in pursuing the writ petition.
