This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

The petitioner is an accused in G.R. Case (Special POCSO No.29 of 2022) No.340 of 2022, on the files of Special Judge, POCSO Angul, arising out of Angul Sadar P.S. Case No.169 of 2022, under Sections 363/376(2)(n) of IPC read with Section 6 of the POCSO Act and is in custody since 03.04.2022. 4.

Being aggrieved by the rejection of his application for bail U/s.439 Cr.P.C. by the learned Additional District Judge-cumSpecial Court under POCSO Act, Angul, by order dated 16.04.2022 in the aforementioned case, the present BLAPL has been filed. 5.

Perused the 164 Cr.P.C. statement.

Considering the tenor of such statement and taking into account the statement at the Bar that in the meanwhile the charge

sheet has already been filed, this Court directs the petitioner to be released on bail on such terms to be fixed by the learned Court in seisin over the matter.

Accordingly, the BLAPL stands disposed of.
