This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

The Petitioner in this writ petition seeks to assail the notice issued by the Commissioner-cum-Chairman, State Transport Authority (STA), Odisha, Cuttack in Misc. Case No. 17 of 2022.

Mr. Das, learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that the Chairman, STA has no jurisdiction to entertain an objection against the order of Secretary, STA.

Mr. Behera, learned Standing Counsel for the Transport Department, on instruction, submits that Misc. Case No. 17 of 2022 has already been dismissed by the Chairman, STA on 10th May, 2022 holding it to be not maintainable. Copy of the written instruction filed by Mr. Behera, learned Standing Counsel is taken on record.

In view of such submission, this writ petition has become infructuous.
