Petitioners allege that there is attempt for demolition only on the Order No.

basis of some demarcation report. Petitioners do not dispute that the land belong to Government but however objects the action of the public authority involving eviction of the petitioners without following process of law. This Court observes in the event the petitioners are not already involved in any eviction proceeding, they should not be evicted without following due process of law.
