The present Writ Application has been filed for regularization with consequential benefits in the post of S.A.-cum-G.A./Junior GradeIII. 5.
The Opposite Parties have filed a counter referring to judgment passed by this Court dated 30.08.2005 in W.P.(C) No.10342 of 2004 wherein the petitioners reversion to the post of Kantawalla from the post of S.A.-cum-G.A. was upheld and in W.P.(C) No.10342 of 2004 and it is stated at the bar that such order of this Court as attained finality. 6.
In view of the same, the grievance of the petitioner in the present Writ Petition does not merit consideration and accordingly Writ Petition stands rejected.
