1. The challenge in the present petition is to an order dated 17th August 2011 passed by the Commissioner of Endowments, Orissa in O.A. No.176 of 2001 under Section 25 of the Orissa Hindu Religious Endowments Act, 1951 (OHRE Act).

2. The admitted position is that OHRE Act has no application to the properties belonging to Shri Jagannath Temple.

3. On this short ground, the impugned order is set aside. The writ petition is disposed of.
