Heard Mr. S. Das, learned counsel for the petitioner and Ms. S. Mishra ,learned Additional Standing counsel for the State and Mr. L. Mishra, learned counsel for the informant. 3.

Learned counsel for the petitioner is permitted to withdraw the bail application.

Taking into account that the petitioner is in custody since 08.07.2020 and that the case is ready for trial. Learned Court in seisin over the matter is called upon to take expeditious steps for conclusion of the trial preferably within a period six month from the date of receipt/production of the copy of this order. Learned

counsel for the informant assured the Court that he shall cooperate in the expeditious disposal of the trial. 5.
