This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual/Physical Mode).

This CONTC has been filed by the Petitioner alleging noncompliance of the order passed by this Court in W.P.(C) No.8243 of 2020 dated 01.06.2020.

On perusal of the order dated 01.06.2020 it appears that a direction was given to Opposite Party No.2 to treat the writ application as a representation and to take appropriate decision on the same within a period of one and half months.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the Petitioner that the Opp.Party No.2 to the writ application is Director, Health Services. He further challenges the compliance order passed on 10.11.2020 appears to be passed by Director of Public Health Odisha. It is contended by the learned counsel for the Petitioner that the Opposite Party No.2 has not passed the order as has been directed by this Court.

In such view of the matter, the Opposite Party No.2, Director of Health Service is directed to comply with the direction dated

// 2 // 01.06.2020 passed in W.P.(C) No.8243 of 2020 within a period of four weeks failing which he will be proceeded against under the Contempt of Court's Act.

The CONTC. is accordingly disposed of.
