Heard Mr. D.P. Das, learned Counsel for the Petitioner and Mr. D.R. Bhokta, learned Central Government Counsel appearing for the Opposite Parties.

Learned Counsel for the Petitioner states that he has already filed consolidated cause title of the Writ Petition. Office to verify and proceed.

Since O.A. No. 1007 of 2012 is still pending by virtue of the interim order passed by this Court, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this Writ Petition stands disposed of permitting the Petitioner to pursue the said Original Application before the Central Administrative Tribunal, Cuttack Bench, Cuttack. Since the Original Application is of the year 2012, the Tribunal is requested to dispose of the same as expeditiously as possible by affording opportunity of hearing to all the parties.
