Heard learned counsel for the Parties.

Considering the submissions made by the parties and as representations on the selfsame issue at the instance of the Petitioners vide Annexures-3 & 4 are still pending before the Opposite Party No.3, this Court in disposal of the writ petition directs the Opposite Party No.3 to look into the grievance of the Petitioners vide Annexures-3 & 4 and pass appropriate order at least within a period of seven days from the date of communication of an authenticated copy of this order by the Petitioners.
