Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.

There is no appearance on behalf of the Opposite partyD.R.D.A., Koraput. 4.

Learned counsel for the petitioner in course of submission stated that ventilating his grievance, the petitioner would file a representation before the Opposite Party. Since, persons similarly circumstanced stated to have regularized in the meanwhile.

Considering the submissions made, leave is granted to the petitioner to make a representation within a period of three weeks hence ventilating his grievance and on such representation

being filed, the Opposite Party shall do well to dispose of the same within six weeks, after affording the opportunity of hearing to the petitioner.

Accordingly, the writ petition stands disposed of. 7.

Urgent certified copy of this order be granted as per rules.
