1. This appeal by the Insurance Company-Appellant is directed against an award dated 22nd September, 2004 of the 3rd MACT, Puri whereby the accident compensation of Rs.1 lakh with interest @ 9% per annum has been awarded to the Respondents on account of the death of the passenger in the auto-rickshaw.

2. Having heard learned counsel for the parties and considering the amount awarded, the Court is not inclined to interfere with the impugned award.

3. The appeal is accordingly dismissed.
