Since the Petitioners have statutory remedy of appeal as against the impugned order, this Court is not inclined to entertain the writ petition at this stage. However, considering the request made by the learned counsel for Petitioners, this Court permits the Petitioners to withdraw this writ petition with liberty to file appeal along with an application for condonation of delay and also with an application for interim protection.

The writ petition is, accordingly, disposed of as withdrawn, but with liberty as prayed for.
