1. This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

2. Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and learned Addl. Standing Counsel for the State.

3. This is an application for modification of the order dated 31.5.2022.

4. Learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that the Petitioner could not surrender within the stipulated period as he was outside the State.

5. Considering the submissions, the prayer for modification is allowed. Two weeks time is granted to the Petitioner to surrender as per the order dated 31st May,2022 and to move for bail, which shall be considered in accordance with law and disposed of on the same day maintaining parity.

6. The I.A. is, accordingly, disposed of.

7. Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
