Heard Mr. B. Mohanty, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.

A.K.

Nanda, learned Additional Government Advocate.

On oral prayer, Mr. Mohanty is permitted to correct the cause title in Court today.

According to Mohanty, the petitioner in this case is aggrieved by the non-disposal of Misc. Appeal No.1 of 2018 (O.G.L.S.) filed by him before the Sub-Collector, Bhubaneswar (opposite party No.2).

Considering the innocuous nature of prayer made and without expressing any opinion on merits of the case, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the SubCollector, Bhubaneswar (opposite party No.2) to make all endeavours to dispose of the above noted Misc. Appeal in accordance with law within a period of six months from the

Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
