3. In this Writ Petition, the petitioner challenges the inaction of the Inspector of Schools, Sundargarh in terminating the service of the petitioner w.e.f. 31.03.2001 in view of the letter dated 30.03.2001 issued by the Director, Secondary Education, Orissa.

4. Learned counsel for the State submits that the Letter No. 13037 dated 05.09.2022 passed by the District Education Office, Sundargarh it reflects that the grievance raised by the present petitioner in this Writ Petition has already been redressed.
