Heard learned counsel for the Parties.

For the subsequent development taken place in the Writ Petition in issuing further notice to the Petitioner, this Court finds, no cause of action survives in the Writ Petition, which is dropped accordingly.

This Court finds, involving fresh notice, it is open to the Petitioner to produce necessary documents satisfying his case and in the consideration process, this Court directs the passport authority to keep in mind the judgement of this Court in W.P.(C) No.4834 of 2022. (Biswanath Rath) Judge Swarna
