Heard learned counsel for the Parties.

Undisputedly, there is already demarcation process completed over the disputed land involved herein. Petitioners claims redemarcation on the basis that Opposite Party No.4 has manipulated the demarcation order. For the opinion of this Court, there may be manipulation at the end of the Opposite Party No.4 but, there cannot be manipulation in the public record.

In the circumstance, this Court finds, there is no opportunity of re-demarcation. Looking to the grievance involved Petitioners have remedy elsewhere.

The writ petition stands dismissed as not entertainable. (Biswanath Rath) Judge Swarna
