1. The Petitioners' representation dated 11th April, 2022 should be examined by the Tahasildar, Rasgobindapur, Mayurbhanj and after issuing notice to the Petitioners and Opposite Party No.7 and giving them hearing and after receiving inputs from Opposite Party Nos.5 and 6, a detailed reasoned order should be passed not later than 30th September, 2022. A copy of the order shall be made available not later than 7th October, 2022. It is clarified that this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the case.
