1. The matter is taken up through hybrid mode. Order No.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is a Program Assistant (Computer) in the Krushi Vigyan Kendra (KVK), Nuapada. He further submits that since the petitioner is suffering from fracture of spinal code, he has approached the authority for transfer from the current location to nearby KVK of Cuttack district.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that because of serious injury, he has been referred by the DDH, Kalahandi to Cuttack and travelling to Cuttack, which is more than 400 kilometers away from Kalahandi on a regular check up, is very painful. In such view of the matter, he has made a representation to the Registrar, OUAT, Bhubaneswar on 23.03.2022 vide Annexure-4 for considering the transfer to any place nearby

// 2 // Cuttack. The said representation is still pending before the authority.

4. Let the authority decide the said representation of the petitioner within a period of one month from the date of presentation of this order and pass a reasoned order.

5. The writ petition is disposed of accordingly.
