Heard learned counsel for the Parties.

The present Writ Petition has been filed with the following prayer:- "1. To direct the opp.party to send the challan dtd. 06.01.2022 to the concerned court for appropriate relief for the vehicle Regd.

No.OD17S 3863 (Tractor) as per the order of this Hon'ble court in similar matters and during pendency of appropriate trial fitness and permit certificate be granted in accordance with law". 4.

Taking into account the nature of claim made in the Writ Petition and the prayer made by the learned counsel for the Petitioner, the Petitioner is permitted to make an appropriate application before Opp. Party within a period of seven days from today.

It is observed that if such an application is filed by the Petitioner ventilating his grievances, the same shall be considered and disposed of by Opp. party in accordance with law within a period of the two weeks thereafter.
