This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

This petition has been filed by the Petitioner-wife for transfer of C.P. No.17 of 2019 instituted at the instance of the Opposite Party-husband from the file of the learned Judge, Family Court, Nayagarh to the Court of Judge, Family Court, Bhubaneswar on the ground that C.R.P. No.247 of 2018 (a proceeding under Section 125 of Cr.P.C.) instituted at her instance is pending in the Court of Judge, Family Court, Bhubaneswar wherein Opposite Party-husband has filed the show cause.

Heard the learned counsel for the Petitioner-wife. No one appears on behalf of the Opposite Party-husband in spite of sufficiency of notice.

Considering the facts that both the cases arises out of the matrimonial dispute and are interrelated, this Court directs

// 2 // that C.P. No.17 of 2019 pending on the file of the learned Judge, Family Court, Nayagarh be transferred to the Court of Judge, Family Court, Bhubaneswar. Both the Courts shall do the needful on production of the certified copy of this order. 5.

However, liberty is given to the Opposite Partyhusband to seek the review of the order, if so aggrieved. 6.

With the aforesaid order, this transfer petition stands disposed of.

Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
