On perusal of the Writ Petition, it appears that the Petitioner seeks direction to Opposite Party No. 1 to appoint Special Enquiry Officer to enquire into the matter and submit report. As such the question of appointment of Special Enquiry Officer for the purpose, the Petitioner seeks relief is not permissible. Therefore, this Court is not inclined to entertain this Writ Petition.
