The Writ Petition has been filed with the following prayer:- "(i) Pleased to admit this Writ Petition, call for the records and after hearing the parties allow the same, issue writ/writs in the nature of certiorari / mandamus and / or any other further writ / direction, quashing Rationalized Timing of the Petitioner's Stage Carriage 9.20 A.M. and departure 9.24 A.M. and direct the State Transport Authority, Odisha to consider the petitioner's objection and modify the Rationalized Timing and allow the petitioner departure time from Bhadrak at 8.58 AM or 9.10 A.M.".

He further submits that through highlighting his grievances, the petitioner has filed a representation on 01.10.2021 at Annexure-4 to the Writ Petition before the opposite party No.3 but till date nothing has been done in the matter. In such background, he prays that a direction be issued to opposite party no.3 to take a

// 2 // decision on the above noted petition within a specific time period.

Considering the submissions made and without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this Court directs opposite party No.3 to take a decision on the above noted petition in accordance with law within a period of three weeks from the date of production of certified copy of this order and by giving personal hearing to the Petitioner.
