This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

In compliance of the orders dated 12.04.2022 and 22.04.2022, Mr. A.K. Mohanty, learned Central Government Counsel brings to the notice of this Court the notification dated 22.06.2017 of the Government of India, wherein it has been indicated that the Security Printing and Minting Corporation of India does not come under the purview of the Central Administrative Tribunal and, as such, this Court has jurisdiction to entertain this writ petition. 3.
In the above view of the matter, the order of rejection passed by the tribunal on the ground of lack of jurisdiction vide Annexure-7 dated 20.07.2011, is well justified. Therefore, this Court is not inclined to entertain this writ petition.
