The matter is taken up through Hybrid mode.

Heard Mr.Padhi, learned counsel for the Petitioner and Mr.Das, learned Additional Standing Counsel for the State. 3.

The Petitioner seeks extension of period of interim bail on the ground of illness of his mother.

Considering the submissions made, the period of interim bail, as granted by this Court on 18th October, 2022, is extended till 24th January, 2023.

5.

The Petitioner is directed to surrender before the trial court on or before 24th January, 2023, failing which the trial court shall take appropriate steps including issuance of NBW of arrest to apprehend him.

The I.A. is disposed of.

Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
