This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Video Conferencing/Physical Mode).

This interim application has been filed in Court today for conversion of nomenclature from CRLA to BLAPL. Let the Registry register the interim application. Learned counsel for the appellant submitted that though the case was initially registered, inter alia, for the offences under sections 294/323/427/506/324/302/201 of the Indian Penal Code, sections 3(1)(r)(s)/3(2)(va) of the S.C. & S.T. (PoA) Act and section 14 of the Child Labour (Prohibition and Regulation) Act, 1986 but on

// 2 // completion of investigation, the offences under sections 3(1)(r)(s)/3(2)(va) of the S.C. & S.T. (PoA) Act have been deleted and now the charge sheet has been filed under sections 294/323/427/506/341 of the Indian Penal Code and section 14 of the Child Labour (Prohibition and Regulation) Act, 1986. Copy of the charge sheet has been annexed to the interim application filed today in Court. In view of such submission, the I.A. is allowed. The CRLA be re-registered as BLAPL and the matter be placed before the assigned Bench.
