In course of hearing of the application, learned counsel for the petitioner humbly submits for expeditious disposal of the case since the matter has already been amicably settled between the parties. 2.

Learned counsel for the State however opposes about the settlement of the case involving offence U/S. 3 of S.C. & S.T. (PA) Act but he however does not raise any objection for expeditious disposal of the case. 3.

On bare perusal of the record itself goes to indicate that the alleged F.I.R. has been lodged way back on 1.5.2015 and in the meantime seven years have already elapsed. Considering the limited prayer advanced on behalf of the petitioner, this Court disposes of the CRLMC by requesting the learned trial Court to dispose of G.R. Case No. 135 of 2015 arising

// 2 // out of Tangi P.S. Case No. 108 of 2015 as early as possible within a period of three months hence. 4.

Urgent certified copy of the order be granted on proper application.
