Alok Bag v. State Of Odisha
IN THE HIGH COURT OF ORISSA AT CUTTACK
BLAPL No.4540 of 2022 Alok Bag ....
Petitioner Mr. D. Rath, Advocate -versusState of Odisha ....
Opp. Party Mr. S.R. Roul, ASC
CORAM:
JUSTICE G. SATAPATHY Order No.
ORDER
06.12.2022 05.
1.
This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual /Physical Mode).
2.
None appears for the petitioner at the time of call, but on perusal of the record received from the Registrar, Civil Courts, Sundargarh, it appears that the learned J.M.F.C., Rajgangpur has reported that the petitioner has already been granted bail on 16.11.2022 during the pendency of the bail application before this Court. In view of such report, the present bail application has become infructuous. 3.
However, this Court feels it proper to communicate to the learned Court granting bail to the accused-petitioner to see whether the petitioner has furnished any certificate to the effect that no bail application is pending before any other Court and the concerned Court should remain vigilant with this aspect in future. 4.
The present bail application is, accordingly, disposed of as infructuous.
