This matter is taken up through virtual/physical mode. 1.

The present contempt has been filed for the alleged willful disobedience of the order dated 11th April, 2018 passed by this Court in W.P.(C) No.5929 of 2018 whereby the comprehensive representation to be filed by the petitioner in respect of refund of enhanced royalty deducted from the petitioner's bill was to be considered and decided within a stipulated time frame.

At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner prays for permission to withdraw the present Contempt Petition.

In view of the above, the present Contempt Petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
