Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner.

This case involves completion of the conversion proceeding entertained by the OLR Case No. 5708 of 2019. It is alleged, even after depositing required fee, vide Annexure-3, the proceeding is still pending.

Considering the innocuous prayer for targeting the proceeding involved herein, the writ petition stands disposed of, directing the Opposite Party No.3 to complete the proceeding referred to in Annexure-3, pending before the Tahasildar, within a period of one and half months from the date of communication of this order.
