This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual /Physical Mode).

Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner as well as learned Additional Standing Counsel for the State.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the Petitioner that a disciplinary proceeding has been initiated against the Petitioner illegally. Earlier the Petitioner approached this Court challenging the said disciplinary proceeding. However, this Court disposed of the writ application directing the Petitioner to approach the disciplinary authority by filing a representation. It is further submitted by the learned counsel for the Petitioner that the said representation has been rejected on 18.12.2021 and the same is the subject matter of challenge in the present writ application.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the Petitioner that he does not want to challenge the order of rejection dated 18.12.2021 under Annexure-3. However, the Petitioner will be satisfied if a direction is issued to the Disciplinary Authority to conclude the disciplinary proceeding within a stipulated time. 4.
On the other hand, learned Additional Standing Counsel has no
// 2 // objection if a direction to Opposite Party No.1 to conclude the disciplinary proceeding within a stipulated period of time. 5.
Having heard learned counsel for the parties and taking into consideration the representation submitted by the Petitioner, this Court disposes of the writ application at the stage of admission with a direction to the Opposite Parties to conclude the disciplinary proceeding as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of three months.

With the aforesaid observation, the writ application stands disposed of.
