1. This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement Order No (Virtual/Physical) Mode.

2. Heard Mr. D.K. Panda, learned counsel for the Petitioner and Mr. Ashok Dash, learned counsel appearing for the Opp. Party.

3. The present transfer petition has been filed seeking transfer of C.P. No. 80 of 2022 from the Court of learned Judge, Family Court, Berhampur to the Court of learned Judge, Family Court, Bhubaneswar.

4. It is contended by the learned counsel appearing for the Parties that the Parties have come to a compromise before the Mediator and the said report of the Mediator communicated to the Registry vide letter dtd.18.11.2022 is perused by this Court.

5. In view of the compromise arrived at between the Parties before the Mediator, the present transfer petition is disposed of in the light of the said compromise.
